Thanksgiving, is not really about the food. Although its very big plus. Very good highlight I must admit. One of the best meals of the whole year… but thats not what its about. Its not about football, although there are a lot of people who say it is, its about friend/family, and how much you have to be thankful for. It probably means much more then this, but this is what I will take in of it.
Here is my thankful list this year…..
1. My husband, having him is one of the best things. He is very special to me, makes every day more fun.
2.Pets, they are so much fun, keep me company when others are not around. They are funny, and clever.
3. My job, its nice to have co-workers who I actually like. Like me as well. Love to be able to learn things, and to see animals on day to day
4. Health, I know this one is always said. There were couple times this year I could have been injuried or sick very badly and was not. This is more then just luck, and I am thankful.
5. Friends and family, always say this every year, and it is as true as last year.
6. For my apartment, sure its bit small but it works. Thankful they have accepted my birds as pets.
All these things I am very thankful for. Happy to have them all. Happy thanksgiving to everyone!
You don’t send me flowers…
You don’t sing me love songs…
You don’t call me up…
Anymore….
Sniff sniff. Boo hoo. Pout pout.
See, I am turning into a middle aged mother. I leave blog posts to say…call home! I miss you!
lol
Silly, you can call me as well.
You are normally busy all the time.
Figured you would tell me when you were free or whatever.
I will call you! Promise! Tell me when you can talk, and I will call you, today is friday night, so not sure if you are free or somewhere. ARe you home?
Miss you to, and everyone for that matter.
Hey, this is totally unrelated to anything BUT, it’s me…and nothing I say has to be logically connected, right? I tell Sweetling all the time “Listen to what Mommy *means*, not to what Mommy *says*.”
Anyway, on my blog, I have a few people who stop by to read it whom I don’t know in real life…so…please be careful not to use any of our real names on it. I didn’t used to care, cause only family and friends ever read it. But now I’m on a couple of blog circle things, so I’m trying to be more careful not to use real names. Thanksies
AND
I also through the “moderate comments” switch on, so that I could, you know, moderate comments from people I don’t know. Don’t freak out if you post a reply, and it doesn’t show up right away.
Hey,
I just forgot was all. Thats cool you have it moderated. It’s always good thing. *pokes MEEEEE
